Once we have defined strategic goals, created a marketing spec, and finalised a scope of works, you may decide to partner with Palteq for 3 months or 6 months.
Following this I will send you our terms and conditions to review, and initial invoice.
Work will not commence until terms have been agreed and initial payment is cleared.
Palteq’s terms and conditions and your scope of work document comprise your overall contract.
Anything involving strategy development will require input from founders and similar. Most other services require input around goals and budget. Please advise us on how involved you would like to be during our initial discussions.
Pricing is customised to each client, but I try to include a starting price as a guide. Our minimum price service length is 3 months, and we invoice in advance to prevent payment difficulties.
There are no overnight results.
How quickly you achieve your KPIs will depend largely on whether you have already claimed your own online audience, how aware they are of your offering, and how much educational and engagement is required. Marketing is a process that doesn’t always operate to our timeline.
At times, we have worked miracles with low budgets, but it depends on several factors. We recommend a minimum of £1000 pcm for optimal results, but lower budgets may be feasible.
Yes, platforms such as LinkedIn, Youtube, Pinterest and Tiktok all offer paid ads.
All operate on similar principles, although Meta (Facebook and Instragram) is the platform where we have the most experience.
If you are expecting results overnight, then Palteq is not the marketing partner for you. Even with robust market research, marketing requires testing and adapting as we build your audience.
As a founder myself, I understand how heart wrenching it can be to appoint a segment of precious budget to someone relatively unknown. I will treat your budget with great care, and offer full transparency in results and tracking.

No, we don’t typically outsource to other marketing agencies in the UK or elsewhere.
We do however have a team of experienced freelancers to support us. These are UK-based and include copywriters, Google ads specialists, and graphic designers. These are normally used during busy periods, or to fulfil client requests for services we don’t offer. Palteq takes responsibility for the quality of work delivered by our trusted subcontractors.
Usually there are free versions of various platforms and software. If these are no longer suitable, the client is responsible for purchasing.
Yes, I have been verified by Traktion, and you can check out my portfolio here. The portfolio includes previous wedding venues and agencies I have partnered with, as well as my stand-out client from 2023. I’m also a member of the chartered institute of marketing.
Yes. Palteq Ltd is a registered company in England and is responsible for its own tax and national insurance.
No as we do not meet the threshold requirements. Yet.
Most communications are via email or video conferencing.
You shouldn’t need to share any passwords with Palteq. Most platforms such as Meta or Klaviyo allow the account owner to invite team members to join via email.
We only accept monetary compensation. Compensation combined with equity may be considered as part of a broader package but only for longstanding clients.
